A place apart
The Acacia sits slightly apart from the rest of the park, with only one neighbouring property (the Albizia). You'll have a 30 m² south-facing terrace, sheltered by the shade of the pine trees — the best of both sun and cool breeze. A private barbecue and stone table set the scene for long, leisurely evenings outdoors. Sun loungers on the terrace and in the small pine grove right in front of the house complete the picture.
Three bedrooms and a spacious living room
One bedroom with a 160×200 double bed, another with two single beds (90×190), and a third with a sofa bed and a desk — handy for anyone who needs to get a bit of work done. The large living room of around 35 m² is the heart of the house: bright, open and comfortable. Separate WC, walk-in shower, washing machine and dishwasher. If you're arriving with two cars, no problem — the pine-shaded car park has plenty of room.
A fully equipped kitchen — just like home
The kitchen has everything you need: a wide 70 cm fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses and a complete set of crockery and cookware. Everything you need to whip up meals and breakfasts without a second thought.

The park and shared facilities
From your accommodation, you have full access to the 2-hectare park and all its shared facilities: heated and fenced shared pool, communal BBQ areas, play area (swings, ping-pong table), shared laundry room and drying area, and shaded parking around the perimeter of the park.
Little extras are also on hand: local brochures and books to help you discover the area, board games available to borrow, and baby equipment available to hire.
Beneath the pine trees, you'll find shaded spots to relax, play or simply enjoy the sound of birdsong.
The beach is a 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride away. Shops are 1.5 km away, with a supermarket just 5 minutes from the door.
