Located on the first floor of Villa "La Cigale", Cigale 3 was fully renovated in 2024, designed to offer a functional and well-equipped space in a truly special natural setting: a 2-hectare wooded park where you can unwind under the trees and cool off in the shared pool.
The open-plan living area with its kitchenette and large TV (satellite) is ideal for relaxed evenings as a couple or with the family. The bathroom has been fully redesigned with a walk-in shower — a delightful splash of colour you won't expect.
Blackout and thermal curtains in both the living area and the loggia keep things perfectly comfortable even during the hottest days of summer.
Where inside meets outside
Thanks to the loggia, breakfast and mealtimes feel like a true al fresco experience — with views over the pine grove and garden to complete the picture. This is also where you'll find the dining area and all the small kitchen appliances: a combination oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. And from the loggia, keeping an eye on the kids playing outside is effortless.
Two bedrooms, everyone has their own space
The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140×190 cm) and one with bunk beds for the kids. The bedroom windows open onto the interior of the apartment rather than the outside — a thoughtful touch that means no one gets woken up by the early morning sun. The blackout and thermal curtains in the living area and loggia take care of the rest, while the air conditioning ensures a comfortable night's sleep even on the warmest summer nights.
