Set within the Allocigale residence in Argelès-sur-Mer, Les Grillons is a single-storey house with its own private entrance and garden, designed with space and independence in mind. Tucked into a lush 2-hectare park, it offers shady trees to laze under and a shared pool to cool off in.
Adjoining "Les Oiseaux", it boasts a generous outdoor area. Its stone walls and vintage décor set it apart from our more modern properties — a character that many returning guests have come to love, year after year.

Right outside the house, you'll find a generous outdoor area with a barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. A fenced section just in front of the veranda is perfect for pets — ideal for long summer evenings without ever having to leave the property. Parking is right next door.
The highlight: the veranda
The house itself covers 44 m², with an additional 22 m² air-conditioned veranda — a second living space that effortlessly blurs the line between indoors and out.
Two bedrooms: one with a 160×200 cm double bed, and one with bunk beds (120 cm on the bottom, 90 cm on top) suitable for adults. The living room sofa converts into an extra bed when needed, making room for a 5th guest.

The park and shared facilities
From the property, you have full access to the 2-hectare park: a heated, fenced swimming pool, shared barbecue areas, a play area (swings, table tennis), communal washing lines, and shaded parking around the park's perimeter. Other little perks include local brochures and guides, board games, and baby equipment available to hire.
Beneath the pine trees, there are shaded spots to unwind, play, or simply listen to the birdsong.
The beach is a 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride away, shops are 1.5 km away, and the supermarket is just 5 minutes.
