Set within the Allocigale residence in Argelès-sur-Mer, Les Mimosas is a 50 m² apartment designed to offer comfort and convenience for the whole family — all within a stunning natural setting: a 2-hectare wooded park where you can unwind in the shade and cool off in the shared swimming pool.
A fully equipped kitchen for family meals
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Crockery, wine glasses, and cooking utensils are all provided. A dining table lets you eat comfortably indoors.
For al fresco dining, an outdoor eating area and a barbecue with all the gear are at your disposal — perfect for making the most of warm summer evenings in the garden.
Generous storage and a corner bathtub
Les Mimosas spans 55 m² accessed via an internal staircase. Its enfilade layout gives it a distinctive charm, and the apartment is wonderfully bright. You'll find plenty of storage throughout — no need to live out of suitcases for the whole holiday. There are two bedrooms: one with a 140×200 cm double bed, and one with sturdy 90×200 cm bunk beds that can comfortably sleep adults. The sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping space. The bathroom features a corner bathtub — the only one across all our properties. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
A shaded private outdoor space
Your 30 m² garden, complete with outdoor furniture and a private barbecue, is the perfect spot for meals and evening drinks outside. The apartment entrance is located in the garden, leading directly to the staircase — a quirky and practical touch. The garden isn't fully enclosed, but you'll still enjoy plenty of privacy and shade.

The park and shared facilities
From your apartment, you have full access to the 2-hectare grounds: a heated and fenced shared swimming pool, communal barbecue areas, a play area (swings, ping-pong), shared laundry facilities and drying area, and shaded parking around the perimeter of the park.
Little extras are included too: local brochures and books to help you explore the area, board games available to borrow, and baby equipment available to rent.
Beneath the pine trees, you'll find shaded spots to relax, play, or simply soak up the sounds of nature.
The beach is a 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride away. Shops are 1.5 km away, and the supermarket is just 5 minutes by car.
