The house opens onto a terrace with outdoor dining area and sun loungers — perfect for peaceful breakfasts or alfresco dinners. The private garden extends your outdoor living space further, complete with a barbecue and all the equipment you need.
Les Oiseaux is a true single-storey villa with several distinct areas to enjoy. At the front, the enclosed garden with its private barbecue is ideal for meals and evening get-togethers. At the back, the fenced terrace — accessible through the sunroom — is a perfect spot for a smaller group to have coffee, aperitifs or soak up the sun on the loungers. The sunroom itself works as a second living area, with its own dining corner.
A thoughtfully designed space
81 m² of well-planned living. The garden leads to the entrance hall, which opens both onto the twin bedroom and into the rest of the home (separated by three steps): kitchen, double bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, shower room, separate WC, living room and sunroom. A sofa bed in the lounge can sleep a 5th guest. Two toilets are available (one separate, one in the shower room) — a real comfort for larger families. The shower room was fully renovated in 2026 and features a walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC and washing machine.
Multiple dining spots to choose from: one in the kitchen, one in the sunroom, one in the garden by the barbecue, and a small table for two on the terrace. You'll be spoilt for choice depending on the time of day and the mood.

The house has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, the other with 2 single beds. A sofa bed in the living room rounds out the sleeping options, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests.

The park and shared facilities
From your home, you have full access to the 2-hectare park: a heated, fenced shared pool, communal barbecue areas, a play area (swings, table tennis), shared laundry facilities and a drying area, and shaded parking around the perimeter of the grounds.
Little extras include local brochures and books to help you explore the surrounding area, board games available for guests, and baby equipment available to hire.
Under the pine trees, you'll find shaded spots to relax, play or simply enjoy the sounds of nature.
The beach is a 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride away. Shops are 1.5 km away, with a supermarket just 5 minutes from the property.
