Set within the Allocigale residence in Argelès-sur-Mer, Le Palmier is a 50 m² apartment designed to offer comfort and convenience for a family, surrounded by stunning natural grounds: a tree-filled 2-hectare park where you can unwind in the shade and cool off in the shared pool.
The living room is bright, air-conditioned, and features an 80 cm TV. It opens directly onto the furnished terrace, complete with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers — perfect for breakfast in the shade or alfresco evening meals.

The first bedroom features a large 160×200 double bed, while the second has two single beds (90×190) — ideal for children. Both rooms have sloped ceilings that give them a real character and charm. They are spacious enough to add a travel cot if needed.
