Set within the Allocigale residence in Argelès-sur-Mer, Les Pins is a 70 m² apartment designed to give families of up to five plenty of space and comfort in a truly beautiful natural setting: a 2-hectare wooded park where you can laze in the shade of the trees and cool off in the shared pool.
The apartment runs from front to back and features a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. Air conditioning keeps things cool even on the hottest summer nights, and your own private entrance means complete independence.
& outdoor space
The 7 m² covered terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors while staying out of the sun. With your own private barbecue and garden furniture, you have everything you need to eat outside without relying on shared facilities. Of course, the park's communal barbecues, tables, and pool are always there when you feel like mingling.
A well-equipped apartment
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140×190 cm), the other with two single beds (90×190 cm). The sofa bed in the living room can sleep a 5th guest. The kitchen has everything you need: a tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, combination oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A handy storage room lets you stow away luggage and gear without cluttering up the bedrooms.
Please note: the bedrooms and bathroom have sloped ceilings — taller guests may find this a little cramped, particularly in the shower. There is no private washing machine, but shared laundry facilities and a drying area are available on site throughout the park.

The park & shared facilities
From your apartment, you have access to the entire 2-hectare park: a heated and fenced shared pool, communal barbecues, a play area (swings, table tennis), shared laundry facilities with a drying area, and shaded parking around the perimeter of the park.
Plus a few extra touches: brochures and books to help you explore the local area, board games available to borrow, and baby equipment available to rent.
Under the pines, you'll find shady spots to relax, play, or simply enjoy the sound of birdsong.
The beach is a 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride away. Shops are 1.5 km away, and the supermarket is just 5 minutes.
