Part of the Allocigale residence in Argelès-sur-Mer, Le Soleil is a 75 m² apartment designed to give families plenty of space and comfort in a truly exceptional natural setting: a 2-hectare wooded park where you can unwind in the shade and cool off in the shared pool.
With 3 rooms and two bedrooms, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. Air conditioning keeps nights cool even at the height of summer, and blackout curtains let everyone sleep in at their own pace.
The kitchen is fully equipped — oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster — everything you need to cook proper meals without missing a thing. A dining table, private barbecue, and outdoor dining area round it all off, so you can make the most of warm evenings outside.
Sleeping arrangements for the whole family
Le Soleil has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed for the parents, and one with two single beds. The living room also features a sofa bed, making it a flexible setup for families with children.

The apartment opens onto a generous 200 m² garden, fully enclosed by walls and a 1.8 m gate — ideal if you have young children or a dog. Garden furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue mean lazy afternoons and summer cookouts are all yours. The perfect setting to enjoy long summer evenings without ever leaving the residence.
An apartment that tricks you into thinking it's a house
Le Soleil is a ground-floor property (just 2 steps to the entrance) with a large private garden. It really does feel like a house — the only difference being that another apartment sits above part of yours, with its entrance on the opposite side. Chances are you'll never even cross paths with your neighbours.

The park and shared facilities
From your apartment, you have full access to the 2-hectare park, including: a heated and fenced shared pool, communal barbecue areas, a play area (swings, table tennis), shared laundry facilities and washing lines, and shaded parking around the perimeter of the park.
A few extra touches are also on hand: local brochures and books to help you discover the area, board games available to borrow, and baby equipment available to hire.
Under the pine trees, you'll find shaded spots to rest, play, or simply soak up the sound of birdsong.
The beach is a 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride away. Shops are 1.5 km away, and the supermarket is just 5 minutes from the residence.
